Baraka Mundi Workshop, hosted by Vatra Gitana

Date:November 5, 2005

On November 5th we had a great time hosting our first seminar! Onça and Crystal from Baraka Mundi led us through 4 hours of body conditioning Onca of Baraka Mundi and dance as we took it down to the floor and clickey clacked our way through the techniques of floor work and Turkish spoons! The vending offered a variety of things for us to buy and drool over! Lunch at The Juggling Gypsy proved to be delicious and healthy but not too filling for a demanding dance seminar. For Europamoon, one of the highlights was the Hafla, Arabic for party, held that night also at The Juggling Gypsy. Everyone was very "on" and DJ Yoel was fantastic on the turntables serving up the best in Arabic breakbeat! We performed and danced for hours!

Europamoon can't wait for the next time we have the opportunity to do this again!

Until then don't miss our monthly bellydance showcase! Click here to learn more.
